3/4 cups butter
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 large container whipped topping
2 cans cherry pie filling

Mix together first 4 ingredients and spread in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool. Mix next 3 ingredients; spread over crust. Top with pie filling. Chill and serve.
