6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 tbsp flour
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp sugar
Hot Cooked Rice

Coat chicken with flour. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add chicken. Cook until chicken is lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Turn chicken over; cook until lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken; set aside.

Add teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sugar to skillet, stirring to combine. Return chicken to pan; simmer for 3 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Serve over hot rice. Serves 6
