SAUSAGE FONDUE

1 pkg hot or sweet Italian sausage, casings removed and crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 (24 oz) jar tomato sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp dried parsley, oregano, basil and fennel sauce
1/2 lb shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

Brown meat and onion with olive oil in a skillet. Add sauce, cornstarch and seasonings. Simmer until thickened, mixing well. Add cheese until melted, mixing well. Serve with toasted garlic bread or bagel chips.
