Round steak, cut into serving pieces
2 eggs mixed with some milk
Flour, seasoned with salt, garlic powder and pepper
1 can beef broth
1 onion, sliced

Place steak in flour; then dip in egg mixture, then back in flour. Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides. Drain.

In a 13x9 inch baking pan, place onions on bottom and top with steak pieces, then add beer and broth. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
