Shelly's Recipe

SAUSAGE SALAD

2 1/2 lbs kielbasa sausage, thinly sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, julienned
1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 cup mild banana pepper rings
1/2 lb provolone cheese, sliced 1/8 inch thick and cut into 1/2 inch squares
1/2 lb sliced ham, chopped
1 medium sweet white onion, chopped
2 cups Italian dressing
Salt, garlic and pepper, to taste

Mix together and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 10
