1 1/2 to 2 lbs jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
Fresh pineapple chunks
Bell pepper
Onion
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes

Marinade
1-2 large clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro or parsley
Pepper

Thread shrimp, pineapple and vegetables of choice onto skewers. Grill 4 minutes and brush with marinade, turn and grill 4-6 minutes more.
