1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
Dash salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups finely chopped crabmeat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 tsp prepared mustard

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and salt; stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat eggs in a food processor; add spoonfuls of dough while processing to a smooth paste. Drop small rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately and cool on rack.

Combine remaining ingredients. Cut tops from puffs and remove any doughy center. Fill with crabmeat mixture and replace tops. Makes approximately 35 puffs
