BOW TIE CRAWFISH WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND SPINACH

1 lb bow tie past, cooked al dente
1 lb crawfish tails
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup Italian sausage
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Saute sausage for 5 minutes; drain. Add cream, reduce heat and cook until slightly thickened. Add crawfish and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in pasta. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese.
