1 large clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
6 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 2/3 cups bread crumbs

Mix all the ingredients together and blend well. Spoon over your cooked steaks, chicken, or chops. Brown under the broiler element in your oven if desired. This recipe makes enough topping for four large steaks.
