1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup white wine and honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp hot pepper sauce
24 mushroom caps
24 oysters

Boil first 4 ingredients to make a glaze. Add hot sauce, to taste. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes. Remove stems from mushroom caps. Alternate oysters and mushrooms caps on skewers, using 4 of each. Grill skewers for approximately 10 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.
