1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
3 tbsp flour
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add next 3 ingredients, stirring well. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve warm over ice cream. Store in refrigerator.
