1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup steak sauce
1 cup whiskey
2 tbsp roasted garlic or 6 clove garlic, minced
Combine ingredients and marinade meat at for 1 to 24 hours. Remove meat from marinade, discard remaining marinade and grill to desired doneness. Makes enough for 4 servings.
NOTE: Good for steaks, poultry or pork.
