3/4 cup butter, melted
1 3/4 cup instant oatmeal
1/2 cup packed brown sugar and dark corn syrup
2 tbsp vanilla extract
Large pinch salt
3/4 cup chocolate, grated
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 400. Grease jelly-roll pan. Mix together first 6 ingredients. Press into pan and bake 15-18 minutes, or until mixture is brown and bubbly. Remove form oven; sprinkle with chocolate. Set aside for 10 minutes; spread chocolate over base. Sprinkle with nuts. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
