*APRICOT SALAD*

Category: Fruit Salads

2 (3 oz) pkg apricot flavored gelatin
2/3 cup sugar and water
2 (4 oz) jars apricot baby food
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

In a saucepan, combine first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil until dissolved. Remove fro heat, add baby food and pineapple with juice. Stir, set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and condensed milk; mix until smooth. Pour into fruit mixture and whisk together Stir in nuts and pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Refrigerate until chilled. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts. Cut into squares to serve.
