2 lbs sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 medium red potato, peeled and grated
1 medium tart apple, peeled and grated
1 onion, peeled and grated
2 tsp caraway seeds
4 lbs country ribs or chops

Combine first 5 ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Top with meat. Bake at 325, for 1 1/2 hours.
