Dressing
1/4 tsp garlic powder and salt
2 tbsp red wine vinegar and olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper and sugar

Chicken and Pasta
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 yellow and green bell pepper, quartered
1 tomatoe, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup block and crumbled feta cheese
1/2 lb penne, rotini or fusilli pasta, cooked

Lighly rub broiling pan with oil; preheat grill to 350.

Dressing: In a small bowl, add seasonings. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Set aside.

Grill peppers until softened but not charred,a bout 10 minutes; remove from grill to a plate.

Next, grill chicken until juices run clear when meat is pierced, about 10 minutes per side.

Place pasta in a bowl. Slice chili and peppers into strips and add to pasta with remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over all; toss well and serve.

Serves 4-6
