1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
2 tbsp butter
1 stalk celery, diced
1 onion, grated
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
Grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter and saute onion, celery and pepper. Blend in flour and soup, stirring until thick. Add next 5 ingredients. Turn into a greased casserole dish or individual ramekins, and top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake until golden brown.
