1 lb penna pasta, cooked al dente
4 tsp olive oil
1 large yellow and green bell pepper, cut into thin strips, strips halved crosswise
1 lb chicken tenders, cut in 2-3 pieces
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans diced Italian-style tomatoes
1 (5 1/4 oz) can pitted ripe olives, drained and halved

While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet. Add pepper strips and cook until tender, tossing often. Add chicken and brown. Add tomatoes and simmer until this chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Stir in olives. Drain pasta and toss into sauce. Serves 6
