2 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced

In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a bowl, whisk next 5 ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cheese and onions.

Transfer to a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
