MICROWAVE FONDUE

4 cups shredded gruyere cheese
3 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp white pepper and garlic powder
1 cup dry white wine
1 lb French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

In a 2 quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine first 4 ingredients. Toss to combine. Place win in a microwave-safe measuring cup; microwave on High for 1-2 minutes or until hot. Stir into cheese mixture. Microwave, uncovered, at Medium, for 7-9 minutes until smooth stirring every 2 minutes. Sere with bread cubes. Serves 8
