1 cup shortening
1 cup packed brown sugar and sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups quick oats and rice krispies
1 cup shredded coconut
Cream together first 5 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Fold in last 3 ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
