1/4 cup mayonnaise and sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
3/4 cup green seedless grapes, cut in half-and-half
1/2 cup almonds, slivered, toasted
1 scallion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green leaf lettuce, garnish

Whisk together first 3 ingredients. Toss in the remaining ingredients; mix well. Check seasonings. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve cold over lettuce leaves. Serves 4
