1 (32 oz) fat free beef broth
2 zucchini and summer squash, cubed
2 medium green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 or 2 (32 oz) cans ready cut tomatoes
1 (16 oz) can green beans
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg chili seasoning mix
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
In a large soup pot combine the beef broth, zucchini, summer squash, green pepper, celery, onion, tomatoes, green beans, garlic, chili seasoning mix, cumin and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Cook this weight loss soup recipe for the allotted time. Season fat burning soup with salt if necessary, season soup only after cooking.
