In a large glass dish, mix the following with a whisk:
3/4 cup olive oil
1 finely chopped onion
Several clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Parsley flakes
Dash cayenne pepper

Placed desired steak in marinade, along with desired thickly sliced vegetables (like zucchini, purple onion, pepper chunks, etc) at least 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill, place steaks and vegetables directly on the grill (watch for flare ups) and grill to desired doneness.
