1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 oz Roquefort cheese
2 tbsp diced onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup finely chopped dried cranberries and toasted sesame seeds
Crackers
Combine first 8 ingredients until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Shape into 3 logs. Press opposite sides of each log in chopped cranberries; pressing sides with sesame seeds. Gently twist log to form spiral strips. Curve 1 end to form a cane. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
