1 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup soy sauce
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro, garlic and ginger
22 oz mandarin oranges, drained

Combine cornstarch and soy sauce until smooth. Combine pineapple juice and next 4 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in cornstarch mixture, boil 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in oranges.
