1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
Mix ingredients and pour over choice of steak in a resealable bag, turning to thoroughly coat the steak. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness. Heat reserved marinade to a boil; boil 2 minutes. Serve with steak. NOTE: Enough marinade for a 1 to 1 1/2 lb steak
