1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries
Zest of 1 orange
2 oranges halved and cut orange wedges out with a grapefruit knife then squeeze out the juice from the halves
2 pears, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup port
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg and allspice

Add all the ingredients together in a stainless pot. Bring to a boil, about 5 minutes, stirring so it does not burn. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool, refrigerate overnight, it will thicken somewhat. Serve with poultry or pork.
