1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
1/4 cup bourbon and soy sauce
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cu Dijon or Creol Mustard
1/2 tsp pepper

In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients with a whisk, mix ingredients until sugar has dissolved. Add mustard and pepper and whisk until smooth.

NOTE: Use this glaze to marinate pork or beef ribs before grilling or broiling. It can also be used to point on pork chops, duck breast or ham for baking. Baste with mixture several times during cooking.
