Category: Beverages and Cocktails
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (12 oz) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
2 cups brandy
1 (32 oz) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
2 (1 liter) bottles lemon-lime soda pop or sparkling water

Mix all ingredients except soda pop in nonmetal container. Divide among pint containers. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours until slushy. For serving, mix equal amounts of slush mixture and soda pop in glass. Serves 20

Special Touch: Float a few cranberry-filled ice cubes in glass of this fruity slush. To make cubes, place a couple of cranberries in compartment of an ice-cube tray. Fill with a mixture of equal parts cranberry juice cocktail and water. Once frozen, use these cranberry cubes in the drink.

NOTE: The slush freezes most quickly in 1-pint containers and can be used directly from the freezer. You can freeze it in one large container for punch, but it will take 1 or 2 days to freeze until slushy.
