1 (8 oz) pkg large shells, cooked according to package directions
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup coarsely chopped sweet red pepper
3 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 tsp crushed dried red pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
During last 2 minutes of cooking the pasta, stir in the broccoli and red pepper and drain. In a skillet, melt butter, add garlic and dried red pepper. Cook 1 minute, do not brown. Toss hot pasta and vegetables with garlic mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Salt to taste. Serves 6
