4 oz chicken breast, grilled and sliced
4 large shrimp (16-20 count to pound), peeled and deveined
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomato
1 tbsp kalamata olives
1/4 cup roasted red pepper
1/4 cup diced tomato
3 tbsp olive oil
2 oz white wine
1 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp Romano cheese, grated
Basil, salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz cooked linguini

Preheat a pan and add olive oil and garlic. Place shrimp in pan. After turning, add wine, basil, sun-dried tomato, olives, pepper, chicken and tomato. Heat ingredients; season to taste. Toss with heated linguini.
