CHOCOLATE BUTTER GLAZE

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
6 tbsp unsalted butter

Chop chocolate into matchstick size pieces on a dry cutting board. Place butter, then chocolate pieces in top of a double boiler, stirring constantly until chocolate is smooth.
