ITALIAN LOAF

2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 lb sliced ham, provolone cheese, genoa salami, Swiss cheese and sliced pepperoni
1 large jar roasted pepper, drained and chopped
3 eggs
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Roll 1 tube of crescent rolls into the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Layer meats and cheeses in given order. Top with chopped red peppers. Pour most of egg mixture over all and top with the other tube of crescent rolls. Brush with remaining egg mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until set and golden brown.
