1/2 cup cider vinegar and soy sauce
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tbsp dark molasses
1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp grated orange zest
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper.

In bowl, whisk ingredients and place meat in a single layer in a glass dish. Add marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, 6-12 hours.
