Juice of two lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp grated onion and chili peppers
1 tsp coriander, ground ginger and turmeric
1 clove garlic, crushed
Dash of salt

Mix together and marinate up to 3 pounds of kabob meat. Place in marinade for about 8 hours in refrigerator.
