1/2 pkg frozen puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
1/2 cup pesto sauce
1/2 cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400.

Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Cut into 3 strips along fold marks. Cut each strip into 4 rectangles. Cut each rectangle diagonally to form triangles. Place 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until golden. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.

Split pastries into 2 layers, making 48 layers in all. Set aside 16 top layers. Spread pesto on 16 bottom layers. Top with another layer and tomatoes. Top with top layers. Makes 16 Napoleons.
