2 cups cider
6 tbsp brandy and peach liqueur
4 cinnamon sticks
4 strips orange rind, removed with vegetable peeler

Bring all ingredients to boil in a non-aluminum 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer, uncovered, until very fragrant, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately in 4 wine glasses or decorative cups, garnishing each with a cinnamon stick and orange rind strip. Serves 4
