1 box puff pastry dough (use 1 sheet from box)
1 lb seasoned ground pork
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 cup walnuts, coarsely broken
1/2 cup chopped scallions
Preheat oven to 400. Using puff pastry, roll out on a lightly floured board to approximately 10 x 15 inches. Cut into 3 long strips, about 5 inches wide.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and divide mixture into 3 equal portions and form into balls. Flatten the balls slightly so that they are cylindrical. Place the sausage at one end of the pastry strip and roll up. Place on a ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each roll in half and serve immediately. Serves 6
