1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg lemon jello
1 cups very hot water
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup oil
1 tbsp lemon extract
1 cup powdered sugar
2 lemons

Dissolve the jello in hot water, stir until cooled. Add beaten eggs, oil and extract to cake mix. Blend well. Add jello and stir until well mixed. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until firm and brown on top. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and grate the rind. Perforate the top of the cake with a fork and pour the juice and grated rind over the cake.
