2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Ds white pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp horseradish; drained

In saucepan, melt butter. Blend in the flour, salt, mustard, nutmeg and pepper. Cook til smooth. Remove from heat then stir in the chicken broth. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil for one minute. Stir the horseradish in. Serve w/ ham. Servings: 1 cup
