1 cup crabmeat, shredded
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
Blend all ingredients together. Add just enough mayonnaise to moisten the mixture. Yields 3 cups.
NOTE: Lobster, tuna, salmon, or shrimp may be substituted for crabmeat.
