10 1/2 oz pkg miniature marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 gallon ice cream, softened

In a saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and chocolate chips with milk. Remove from heat; cool.

In a skillet stir coconut in butter until browned. Remove from heat; stir in crumbs. Pat 3/4th crumb mixture into a 13x9 inch baking pan; cool. Spoon half the ice cream onto crust. Top with half chocolate mixture. Layer with remaining ice cream and chocolate. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze at least 2 hours before serving.
