1/4 cup spicy steak sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic and prepared horseradish
1 tsp EACH salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, black and red pepper blend and spice steak seasoning
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 (2 lb) boneless top sirloin steak, trimmed
1 each green, red and yellow pepper, halved and seeded
2 tbsp olive oil

Combine first 11 ingredients in a large freezer bag; add steak. Cover and marinate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Coat bell peppers with 2 tbsp olive oil; set aside. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350-400) 6-8 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. During last 5 minutes, add peppers, and grill, covered. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Cut pepper (peel if blackened) into strips. Serve pepper with steak.
