3 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded Fontina cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3-4 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
11/2 tbsp chili powder

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; blend well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Sprinkle chili powder in a large bowl; add cheese balls, and toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Makes 3 1/2 dozen mini cheese balls.
