SEAFOOD DIP

Category: Dips - Seafood Hot

2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
5 green onions, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 drops hot sauce
1 lb steamed and peeled small shrimp (2 lbs raw in shell)
2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 375. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add next 3 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 25 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. Serve with Melba toast rounds.
