1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dash lemon juice
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 scallions, chopped
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup walnuts, sunflower seeds, or almonds, chopped

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Adjust seasonings to taste.
