15 oz blueberries, in liquid, rinsed and drained
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, beat eggs until light. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth but do not over beat, about 2 – 2 1/2 minutes. Batter will be thick. Carefully fold blueberries in batter, trying not to break up the berries. Fill greased muffin tin 3/4th full and bake 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the muffin pan.
