1 (15 1/2 oz) can salmon, drained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tsp minced green onion
1 tsp horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt and liquid smoke
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp chopped parsley

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix thoroughly and chill. Combine walnuts and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a log. Roll in nuts and parsley. Wrap in plastic and chill. Serve with crackers.
