1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup cocoa
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp instant coffee or espresso, dissolved in 2 tsp hot water
1 pint whipping cream

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and cool.

Beat whipping cream in a large bowl until stiff. Gradually fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Garnish as desired. Serves 8
